From Tism Sha Tsui, you can take the Tsuen Wan Line to Central Station where you can change to Island Line to Causeway Bay easily.
From Causeway Bay, you can still take the Island Line to Wan Chai Station. Get out of the station, you can walk to your hotel easily.
I think you may mean the biggest Apple Store in Central area? If so, I think the hotel is much closer to that store.
The price per km is different for different colors' taxis. The initial km is 2km and the first 2km is charge 18HK$ for red car and 13HK$ for green one.
From your hotel, you can walk to Wan Chai Station to take the Island Line to Causeway Bay or Central and Tsuen Wan Line to Tsim Sha Tsui Station.

New World Center is a shopping center.
