About:Chinese Temporary Residence Permit

Tourist L visa requirements

I am moving to PRC for work (for 20 months) on a Z type one then gaining a temporary residence permit. My de-facto partner is planning on coming with me on a multiple entry tourist type. I work for 70 days then have a few weeks off in which we will both depart the country for a few weeks. I will rent an apartment which we will both live in while in PRC. Does anyone know if she will qualify for this type under these conditions? Am I able to provide a letter of invitation to enable this to happen? Ay advice would be great!

You can provide invitation letter and copies of your work Z and residence permit for her application. But I am not sure if she can get a multiple one because you can not provide marriage certificate. To my understanding, she is able to get a private visit S type instead of the tourist L.
