Which shuttle bus service from Shanghai Pudong Airport travel nearest to Regal International East Asia Hotel.

There is no shuttle bus to your hotel.
I think you can take the local subway line 2 to People's Square Station and change to line 1 to Hengshan Road Station.
Get out of the station from Exit 2, you need to walk along the Hengshan Road to your hotel.
