Can you recommend a hotel near Sino American Hospital in Beijing?

We are coming to Sino American Hospital in BJ to deliver a baby in January 2014. There will be 3 (2 adults and I child)for the first two weeks and then two more adults (grandma and grandpa)joining in week 3. Can you suggest a good hotel/apartment nearby within walking distance of Sino American? We would really like to find a 2 bedroom apartment if possible. We need something that is budget conscious, but clean and non-smoking. We are Canadians living in Dalian, China.
