Can I get a 72 hr transit visa at Baiyun Airport on arrival?

I am afraid you can't if you don't have the onward air ticket for the destination in the third country or area in 72 hours. Of course you should have the valid travel document for your destination.

Thanks but the website refers to obtaining a visa at a "Capitol airport" is baiyun international airport a Capitol airport??

It refers to Beijing Capital Airport.
