trains from shanghai to shenzhen

I will be traveling around china in april and need an overnight train from shanghai to shenzhen. I think its the T101. I have my big flights and small ones booked. I will be staying at the broadway manshion in shanghai on the 26th of april and getting the train to shenzhen on the 28th of april. If i make my booking with you will my tickets be delivered to the hotel for when i get there? I cant afford to not be on the overnight train that date as im at a meeting in shanzhen on the 29th of april. I will be traveling with my elderly father so i need to be first class in the 2 bed cabin. If you could let my know that would be great. Thanks
