Need Advice for Shanghai, Huangshan, Jiuhuashan and Hangzhou

Hi, as I am planning my Dec trip to the places mentioned, I am very confused on the sequence of the cities. I need some advice from the expert here to give me guidance in planning my trip. I will be landing in Shanghai at 3pm. My plan is the following:
1) Stay Shanghai for a night and take 5am bus to Jiuhuashan and hike in the afternoon
2) Stay at Jiuhuashan town for a night and proceed to HS at 7am bus (if the information from Web is correct)
3) Stay at Huangshan Shilin and see sunset/sunrise
4) Proceed to Hangzhou and back to Shanghai

I afraid of the timing of bus schedule which will affect my hotel plan as i need to book hotel early.
