Please tell me how to get from Тaian to Jiuhuashan mountain ? from Jiuhuashan, take the train to Hengyang?

Chizhou Station maybe the closer one but no direct train from Taian. You may go to Tongling North by rail first and then transfer to the bus station near Tongling station, finally take a bus to Jiuhuashan. To Hengyang, you can back to Tongling North and then take high speed ride. Or you may go to Chizhou station from Jiuhuashan and take a train to Nanjing, then from Nanjing to Hengyang.
