About:China Visa Exemption

Am i need to apply visa? If so, what are the requirements?

I am a Indian Citizen, holding singapore Permanent Resident. I would like to visit Shangahai for 10 days.

Yes, you should apply for a L type one from the Chinese embassy in Singapore. Apart from your passport, filled application form and photo, you should provide an invitation letter. If you can't, round-trip air tickets and hotel booking in PRC are required. And a copy of your Singaporean permanent resident permit is a must.
