About:Chinese Embassy in South Korea

I have a Canadian passport. Going to Xiamen.Apply at the Consular or do I need a travel agency

Well, you should apply from the CVASC (China Visa Application Service Center) branch in your area. You can assign an agency to handle everything for you or go there to apply in person.
