local tourist bus from chengdu tianfu square to huanglong scenic area

Question

Where could I take tourist bus from Tianfu Square to Huanglong Scenic Area? How long travelling and how much? Any foreign citizen fare? What is the frequency interval, is it half hour interval waiting time? Morning departure in CD city operate what time to what time from CD? Afternoon or Evening departue from Huanglong Scenic Area operate what time to what time? What is the last bus both in CD and Huanglong Scenic Area? THank you.

As I know, there is no direct bus from CD to Huanglong. Generally, people go to Jiuzhaigou first and then travel from Jiuzhaigou to Huanglong, for which trip the buses are only in operation at 07:00 and 07:30 in the monirng and the bus fare is CNY45 (you can also rent a car to travel between and it is very convenient and popular). It takes 1-1.5h from Jiuzhaigou to Huanglong. Well, from CD city to Jiuzhaigou, you can take a diect bus at local Xinnanmen Bus Station. For the back journey, you can take a bus from Huanglong to Jiuzhaigou or Chuanzhusi and then transfer to another bus to CD city.

Any idea Huanglong Scenic Area will be closed for public? I heard is closed, not sure, when I will be there around 28 Nov - 29 Nov, still got chance to go i and see? When is the best time for Huanglong Scenic Area? What is the temperature like?

Yes, the scenic area is usually closed during Dec. 1st and end of the next March, so you may still take risk visiting around Nov. 28-29.To my experience, the best time to go is in Sep. or Oct. when the temperature may range from 0C to 20C between daytime and nighttime.
