About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

VIE-HKG-TPE-PVG_VIE

Hi hopefully you could help me
I wanna fly from VIE to HKG spend there a few days then continue further to TPE and as a last stop something eblow 72hours in PVG. I know that this should not be a problem, but i wont have booked that itinerary on one ticket but 2. so VIE-HKG and PVG-VIE would be on one ticket and HKG-TPE-PVG on another. is this a problem?

and maybe a second question lets say i book 2 roundtrip tickets one VIE-PVG and one PVG-TPE can i make a 72hours stopover in PVG?

thank you

Yes, you can avail this 72 hour free transit in Shanghai as long as you have ticket leaving within 72 hours from Shanghai to a third country or region (Taiwan is ok in this situation). Tickets from different airlines are ok too.
