From Guang Dong Hotel to CONNAUGHT PLACE, EXCHANGE SQUARE in Central

Hi, What is the best way to reach Exchange square building in Central form Guang Dong hotel in TST.Have to be there in the morning around 7am for an interview.

Are cellphone sims available at the airport, can you please tell me the cost.

It is suggested to walk from Guangdong Hotel to Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Station to take Tsuen Wan Line to Central Station. Then get out from exit A and walk to the Exchange Square.
