Is there an official within China Post who knows the reason. Has it left China?, is it lost?, or is it waiting for something? Please give me info, if I can inquire at PostNL in the Netherlands.Regards

It is unknown why your package still stucks in the same status since Oct. 17. It has been over a month, so strange. But have you tried to search your parcel using thr post system of your country? Maybe you will find more.
