About:Xian Weather

advice on shoewear and suitability of wear of contact lenses in Xian

Hello, i will be travelling there from late NOV onwards, and i am unsure of what type of shoes will be best for the cold weather, if theres any pictures it will be best. i want to avoid boots if possible(as they usually have heels) . In addition, will wearing contact lenses in winter be comfortable(if i use rewetting solutions) especially if im travelling to XA? am worried about the air quality there so would like some advice about it thanks in advance!

As you wanna avoid boots, you can wear a pair of sport shoes. Don't worry! It will be ok. As for contact lenses, it can be fine to wear that and no influence from the weather at all.

It is suggested to prepare a mask in case of the air quality, although we local peole have get used to it.
