are filipinos required a visitors visa now?

IAM a Filipino citizen coming to hongkong this friday nov.15 to nov.18 .iwant to know if theres a truth of the news that hongkong govt. is NOW requiring FILIPINOS it before entering HONGKONG. PLS .ANSWER my question immidiately.

Yes, it is true. You can submit your application to Chinese embassy.
