About:Taiwan Weather

travelling to Taipei during end-March 2014 is good?

will it be good traveling during end-March 2014 is good? how's the weather and will there be a lot of rain?
which part of Taiwan is recommended?

It may rain a lot and the average temperature is around 15 to 20C.
It is suggested to visit the Taipei city and nearby places.
