Is Huanglong Ya Yuan a street, or a place recommended for beeing in a hotel in Hangzhou?

I'm a retired brazilian woman and since I intend to stay for some weeks in HZ, is the neighborhood around Hualong Ya Yuan Street, next XiXi Road, a good option to stay or should I look for hotels at another places in that city to spend these weeks? I thank you your help.
