About:Shanghai Transportation

I will staying at New Sunkist International Hotel, Pujiangzhen, Minhang, Shanghai.

What is the nearest train station to the hotel and the distance from the hotel ? What is the train fares to Shanghai town ?

I think you may mean the local subway station, right?
If so, the closest subway station is Jiangyue Road Station and it is about 1.2km from your hotel.
For the SH Town, which specific place do you refer to? Generally speaking, from Jiangyue Road Station to People's Square Station, the subway fare is around 5RMB.
