apply for another work visa

Question

I have a valid Z type one and i am in PRC right now. I just have a single entry. So i am going to lose it when i go to hongkong. Is it possible to apply for a new working visa in PRC? because i don't want to go out and can't get in any more or for at least five working days.

Did you get the temporary resident permit? You should have applied for it within one month when you arrive. The Z is valid only for a month. After you get the temporary resident permit, you can enter and leave PRC as you wish as long as you do it within the validity of your temporary resident permit. Seriously, I am not sure if you can apply for a new Z type one successfully in HK. Now there is a new rule. Those who apply in HK must have HK resident permit. If you don't have it, it's will impossible for you to apply there.
