About:Hong Kong Travel

HK born but US citizen with US passport. Would like to apply for HK passport and ID abroad in US

Do I need original birth certificate or can I submit application with a copy of birth certificate?

Is there anything else I need besides the application, photos and birth certificate to bring to the consulate? Thanks.
