I need to travel to Mainland China at short notice. I have an official invitation, and travel itinerary and e ticket for arrival in Beijing on 16th November 2013. I am visiting the Chinese Consulate in Bern on Mon. 11th Nov.Will I be able to get an expedited one on paying express delivery fees. I have visited PRC several times in the past and have copies of the previous ones on earlier passports.

I think you will be able to get one since you prepare all the required documents and have good records.
