About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

With the recent political updates, will Filipinos still be able to enter HK within 14 days without?

Will there be HK visa payable upon entry? if not where do we get one? I and a friend have non-refundable air tickets and hotel bookings.

We have the same problem, only our trip is on jan 24-27. My friend advised me to call the chinese embassy or dfa for clarification. I sent the chinese consular email today but they have not replied yet.
