Well, the best way is that take your hotel shuttle bus to Tsim Sha Tsui. Then walk to the harbor.

By MTR: It is suggested to walk from your hotel to Tai Wo Hau Station to take Tsuen Wan line to Tsim Sha Tsui and then walk to the destination.
