is there any cheap transport i can take from pudong airport to holiday inn express putuo shanghai?

Yes, there is, and subway shall be the best choice. You can take local subway line 2 from the airport to Jiangsu Road, where transfer to line 11 to get off at Longde Road Station. Then get out from exit 2 and you can walk to your hotel.0
