About:Chinese Embassy in Syria

about invitation from China

Dear Sirs
My name is Amer, live in Damascus - Syria
There is someone there(friend) wants to invite me, to discuss the possibility of work (to find work for me).
He does not know how to ask it or how to be a letter of invitation, and if it need to ratification and signing of private actors?
Could you please send me an example (sample / blank request) in order to fill it or how to write a letter of invitation and necessary procedure properly.
Note that I went to PRC 3 times previously, twice in order to study (i studied and lived there for a long time – many years ).

So, you have not received work invitation letter and work permit. If now the inviter is only your friend, you can just apply for a private visit visa.
The invitation should contain:
(1) Information on the applicant (full name, gender, date of birth, etc.)

(2) Information on the planned visit (purpose of visit, arrival and departure dates, place(s) to be visited, relations between the applicant and the inviting entity or individual, financial source for expenditures)

(3) Information on the inviting entity or individual (name, contact telephone number, address, official stamp, signature of the legal representative or the inviting individual)
