72 hour free transit visa chongqing

Is it official that chongqing have started the free transit from 1 november? We are traveling from Helsinki - chongqing - bangkok and home bangkok- chongqing- helsinki. Can we use the 72 hours transit permit?

Hi, there were some news saying that Chongqing begin to carry on this policy from November, but I checked the offiicial website of Chongqing airport, they have not released any notice about this. So, maybe you can have a try to contact the airport Frontier Inpection office directly via +86-23-63961916
