can i use the airport express tourist pass over 5 days?

For instance, use the airport express on the 4th, use the unlimited travel on the MTR/Light rail/MTR bus from the 5-7th, then use the return airport express on the 8th???

Yeah, it is fine. You can select the use timing on Airport Express on your own, but the 3day unlimited travel on MTR starts to be counted since the first use ion MTR.
