Can my parents sent my school books to china

I`m exchange student in china and I would like to have my school books from my home country. My parent are going to sent my school books, but I´m wondering if china will allow that and they will arrive to me. Has anybody any experience of this? school books that they are going to send me is math chemistry and physics books.
