About:Chinese Embassy in Zimbabwe

I have been offered a place to state in the PRC. I need information in getting a student visa

Can I apply for the X and permit at the same time? I am based in Bulawayo, do I need to be there in person?

No, you need to apply for a student X from the embassy, by someone else if you can not go in person. The residence permit should be done after entry.
