HI, planning to go Beijing at 25 DEC, got change to see snow? Is there a xmas clbration in BJ

I checked the weather records of the lastest three years, no snow falls during the Xmas. Generally, you may meet snowy days in late Dec.

Yes, there are Xmas celebration in the city. You can go to Wangfujing and Xidan areas to have fun.

It is suggested to live near the Wangfujing area. It is much closer to many downtown attractions and the transportation there is convenient for you to use to reach other attractions.
