Times of opening of shops in Hong Kong - are they open on Saturday and Sunday

I will be visiting HK next year and will be staying for 4 nights from Friday to Monday night. Are shops and attractions open on Saturdays and Sunday and what is the times of opening and closing.

The stores open at night on weekends and they will not close until about 22:30 to 23:00 at night. So please do not worry.
