I am not very clear about where you are on Puti Road, so it is hard to tell in detail.
In general, from Puti Road, u can walk along the Jingui Road to Fuqiang Road and then you can easily see the Shuiweicun Bus Stop. There you can take the public bus line m362 to reach OCT directly.0
