About:China Visa on Arrival

I have an Indian passport and am a permanent resident of HK. Can I get a VOA for visiting Shenzhen?

I think so but I am not 100 percent sure about it. Don't worry. If you are refused, you can easily apply for one from the office of the Commissioner of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of PRC in HK SAR because you have the HK permanent resident permit.
