About:Hong Kong Airport Express

K2 shuttle service of HK airport express

I checked with Langham Hotel receptions they are saying no connecting free shuttle to Kowloon airport express. But it is stated in the K2 service?
May I know the exact location of the shuttle?
I have not purchase the airport express ticket. Is it alright just to show the air ticket?

The free shuttle buses are at the Exit B.
The free shuttle bus line K2 really reach the Langham Hotel, so please do not worry.
Yes, you are right. You just need to show the air ticket and the airport express ticket.
