Taking train from Shenyang to Harbin is the most convenient way. The train ride only takes about 2-3 hours. For sightseeing, I would like to recommend the Grand World of Snow, the St. Sofia Orthodox Church, Zhaolin Park, Centre Street, Sunisland Snow Sculpture, Siberian Tiger Park, the Dragon Tower and so on.
