Work visa as an ESL teacher in South Korea

Hello. I am a Canadian who lives in Shenzhen and I will apply for a public school teaching position in Jeollanamdo in South Korea. Once I have the paperwork done from a recruiter in Korea/Canada, which be the closest Korean embassy/consular to Shenzhen who will issue one for me?
