About:How to Buy Tickets

Is 2 hours enough time from Nanjing Airport to Nanjing Train station South

We are landing in Najing Aiport at 7.30pm and planning on taking the train to Shanghai that night. Is 2 hours enough time to allow to get through customs and get to Nanjing South Train station? What happens if I buy train tickets but miss the train?

i think you need at least 3 hours, as it takes about 1 hour from the airport to Nanjing South Railway Station by airport shuttle bus line 2. and it takes at least 30 minutes for you to get to the entrance of the railway station and check in to the station.
if you miss the train, your ticket is going to be invalid. you have to buy a new ticket to catch the next train. You may consider the last train G236/G233 departing from Nanjing South Station at 22:01.
