Can I take the Maglev to get to my hotelIFC, 8 Century Avenue, Lujiazui, Pudong?thank you!

You can use it for this trip. Take it from PVG to Longyang Road Station, where transfer to local subway line 2 to get off at Lujiazui Station. Then getting out from exit 5 to walk to your hotel.
