dec trip possible to huangyaguan pass of great wall?

Hi, just want to know if huangyaguan pass of great wall will be open in dec. I understand it will be very cold with freezing wind in tian jin. So not very sure if it will possible or advisable. any advise is much appreciated. :)

Yeah, it is possible to visit in Dec. Don't worry! It is open throughout the year.
And it is advisible to travel then. Just pack well!
