1 day in guilin

Question

Dear Travelchinaguide,in december my family want to have 2 day and 2 nights vacation there, but since we arrive quite late, so practically just 1 whole day travelCan we have a li river cruise in the morning and then go to red cave flute?is that possible?is there any transportation from yangshuo directly to the red cave flute?where we can take this transportation? how much?Thx alot

You must refer to Reed Flute Cave. I remember there is no direct public transportation from Yangshuo to the attraction. It is suggested to take a bus from Yangshuo back to GL. Then at the Bus Station bus stop to take local bus no. 3 to reach then. Considering all, you'd better take the Li River cruise to Yangshuo in the next morning. Then have a visit there and stay there for a night. In the 2nd day,  return to GL to visit the surroundings, including Reed Flute Cave, Stone Forest and others.
