Hi, is early Dec 2013 a good time to visit Taipei? What's the weather like for sightseeing?

It is cold and wet. If there is no cold current, the average temperature is around 10 t 15C. If the cold current come, the temperature maybe below 10C.
It is suggested to take your thick coats and sweaters.
