i am holding indian passport with business visa of 1 year in thailand. so pl let me know what doc. i need to submit for application. i want to travel Dec End 2013.

You can apply from embassy or consulate there now if you plan to visit in Dec. 2013. The requirements include your passport valid for more than 6 months, application form with photo, round-trip ticket and hotel reservation.
