Is taxi the best (and what would cost be) or Airport Shuttle or Airport Express+subway?

It is suggested to take the airport shuttle bus line 1 to reach Dabeiyao (Guomao Bridge) and then change to take a taxi to reach your hotel. The airport shuttle bus costs 16RMB per person and the taxi costs about 15RMB. Taking taxi direct is expensive, I think.
