About:FAQ on China Postal Service

Help with tracking parcel ID: RB692080264CN

My parcel ID: RB692080264CN is on status Dispatching (china post) since 13th of october 2013. No tracking available since that date. Can anyone help with the tracking. It's more that 1 month i purchased the item
