About:China Postal Service

can someone help me to track my parcel tracking ID: RB692080264CN.

the status is null on china post
i am waiting for one month now
please help me with my tracking

It has been checked by the customs in Beijing and may have left China for overseas on Oct. 13.

Thank you Laura for your response to my question regarding my parcel ID: RB692080264CN
The last date i see on the tracking is 13th october and it says dispatching from Beijing. However there is no more tracking after 13th october. Can anyone help me Please?

It is hard to tell why no information was updated.
Based on the previous experience, no information was updated if the parcel was on the way. So I think you may need wait for a while.
