area codes in China

what area in China is 21002500. When I try tracking an item I have bought through chinabuye it gives the location 21002500 which means nothing to me Would you please be kind enough to tell me where that region or city is

Would you mind tell me what the tracking number is for your parcel?
It is hard to tell you which place does the number means, I am afraid.

Hi the tracking number is RC042933895CN but when I try tracking it all I get for the region where it still is was 21002500 which I thought must be a Chinese area or zip code but I can not find any place that relates to that Thank you in advance for your help regards Tony
