We are planning a trip to Xian in late Nov - early Dec. Is this ok weather & cost wise? Thank you.

The weather is OK and you may not cost so much comparing to the tourism peak season.
If you go during the Nov to Dec., it is suggested to take your thick sweaters and thick coat. If you are afriad of the cold weather, a down jacket is necessary.0
