About:China Customs Declaration
The green path during the immigration pass
I am going to China to become engaged. I am only taking a carry-on in which I have personal clothing and my medication for me, an electronic translator and an inexpensive camera. I am bringing a symbolic very inexpensive engagement ring which is well under guidelines for her (to avoid issues she understands she will get the real one when we are in the USA)a s well as 2 gifts for her from "Victoria's Secret" consisting of a pajama set and an undergarment set that she wanted. These gifts total about $100 USD. My question is: do I have to declare anything of this or may I go through the green path? Also if I get to go the green path do I need to fill out a declarations form?
