Whether time is enough to check in and then for the Buddha in HK since we will reach HK at 9am?

our flight will arrive at 9am then check in and have lunch. Is it possible after our lunch, we plan to visit ngongping 360 and big buddha then proceed to the peak and madam tussauds since qwe want to spend whole day in disneyland till 8pm and whole day in ocean park till 7pm..
